ARE YOUR BAGS READY TO SHIP?
Yes, I try to keep most bags in stock and ready to ship within 3 - 7 business days. If there's a delay with your order, I'll let you know.
I'D LOVE TO BUY ONE OF YOUR BAGS, BUT I LIVE OUTSIDE OF SLOVENIA. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Of course, I ship all over the world. All international orders are currently shipped via DHL Express. All orders will be sent with a tracking number so you can follow your bag on its journey to you.
Estimated delivery times:
USA: 1 - 3 days
CANADA: 1 - 3 days
EU: 1 - 2 days
AUSTRALIA: 3 - 5 days
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs depend on your location, size of your order and the type of the shipping option you choose at the checkout.
To EU countries shipping costs are approximately between 13€ - 22€.
Shipping costs to the rest of the world are approximately between 17€ - 50€.
All import/customs charges/taxes/duties/etc are the responsibility of the customer.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Currently, I don't take individual custom orders or alterations.
WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU USE?
My bags are made from high quality upholstery polyester fabrics, upholstery vegan leather or waxed canvas fabrics.
All fabrics are carefully selected and tested for durability and everyday wear.
WHAT IF I PUT MY BAG ON SOMETHING DIRTY? HOW CAN I CLEAN IT?
For newer dirt, simply hose the bag down with cold water (water only, no soap) For older, dried up dirt, use a soft bristle brush to brush away the dirt.
Please do not machine wash, dry clean or use detergents, bleach or other harsh chemicals on your bag. It's bad for the environment and your bag.
Please note that these are suggested care instructions which I have tried, but individual results might vary. I can't make guarantees.
And remember, there's nothing wrong with your bag being a little dirty and showing signs of wear. Those are signs of days well spent and bag well used.
